The first 30 minutes focus on skill development — ball handling, finishing, and shooting. The second 30 minutes are live gameplay with small-sided games to put it all to work.

This session is for serious players — high school athletes pushing for the next level, college players staying sharp, and pros in the off-season. The first 30 minutes are dedicated to elite skill work: advanced ball handling, finishing through contact, and shooting off the move. The second 30 minutes are competitive small-sided games.
